目的探讨水通道蛋白-1(AQP-1)在肝细胞癌(HCC)、肝内胆管癌(ICC)和转移性腺癌(MAC)中的表达特征及其与临床病理学的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision Plus法对100例HCC、50例ICC和30例MAC组织中AQP-1、Hep Par-1、CKl9和pCEA的表达进行检测,并对其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系进行统计学分析。结果ICC组AQP-1表达率为88%(44/50),明显高于HCC组(7/100,P<0.01)和MAC组(6/30,P<0.05);随着ICC组织学分化程度的降低,AQP-1表达明显下降(P<0.05),ICC患者淋巴结转移AQP-1的表达率明显低于未转移者(P<0.01)。结论AQP-1可能是胆管细胞分化及其肿瘤的良好标记物,结合Hep Par-1、CKl9和pCEA等可有助于肝肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP-1) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and metastatic adenocarcinoma (MAC) and its relationship with clinicopathology. Methods The expression of AQP-1, Hep Par-1, CKl9 and pCEA in 100 cases of HCC, 50 cases of ICC and 30 cases of MAC tissues were detected by EnVision Plus immunohistochemical method, and their relationship with clinicopathological features Statistical analysis. Results The expression of AQP-1 in ICC group was 88% (44/50), significantly higher than that in HCC group (7/100, P <0.01) and MAC group (6/30, P <0.05) (P <0.05). The expression of AQP-1 in lymph node metastasis of ICC patients was significantly lower than that of non-metastasis patients (P <0.01). Conclusions AQP-1 may be a good marker of cholangiocyte differentiation and its tumor. Combined with Hep Par-1, CK19 and pCEA, it can be helpful for the differential diagnosis of liver tumors.
