氰化物浸出是从含金原料提取金的传统方法。当含金矿岩中含有大量的硫化矿物时,氰化法回收金通常要先经氧化热处理或化学预处理。从硫化矿基质中解离金使之适宜于氰化处理,从对环境的影响还是和处理成本相比较,生物氧化浸出可能是一种有利的选择。对土耳其G(o|¨)lcück矿山的含金砷黄铁矿(2g/tAu)用氧化铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌进行了微生物浸出的小型试验研究。用因素试验方法对能提高常规氰化法金回收率的微生物氧化预处理的影响因素进行了主要因素研究。
Cyanide leaching is the traditional method of extracting gold from gold-bearing raw materials. When the gold-bearing ore contains a large number of sulfide minerals, cyanidation recovery gold usually first by the oxidation heat treatment or chemical pretreatment. The dissociation of gold from sulphide mineral matrices makes them suitable for cyanidation. Biooxidation leaching may be a beneficial choice from the environmental impact and processing costs. A small pilot study of microbial leaching of gold-bearing arsenic pyrite (2 g / tAu) from Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans at the G (o | ¨) lcück mine in Turkey. The main factors affecting the oxidative pretreatment of microbial oxidation which can improve the gold recovery rate of conventional cyanidation were studied by the factor test method.
