随着现代工业的快速发展,人们在追求生产效率的同时也越来越关注系统的安全问题,在提高生产力的同时也在不断地追求系统的安全和稳定性,在此大环境下,设计了一个新型的应用于功能安全系统中的I/O模块。该模块采用硬件容错机制,三重化冗余设计且自带诊断检测技术,采用MCU+FPGA为主控模块,模块通道采样数据具有同步、表决和修复功能,整个系统采用三取二表决机制,具有降级运行功能,系统故障自诊断并送上位机报警显示;输出采用靠近执行机构的带诊断硬件表决技术。
