回收纤维作为造纸工业主要的纤维原料来源之一,由于其利用量有增加的趋势,因此需要与之相适应的回收处理技术。在高级印刷纸中必须除去大量的油墨和斑点,这需要提高分离的选择性及改进浆渣处理工艺以减少纤维损失。在生产不含磨木浆的废纸脱墨浆时,优化制浆和热分散工艺具有节约大量能源的潜力。用回收纤维生产低定量包装材料时需采用新的处理工艺,该工艺在脱除微胶黏物和填料方面很有潜力。
Recycled fiber, as one of the main sources of fiber raw materials in the paper industry, needs to be adapted to its recycling technology because of its increased usage. Large amounts of ink and specks must be removed in premium printing paper, which requires improved separation selectivity and improved slag processing to reduce fiber loss. Optimized pulping and thermal dispersion processes have the potential to save a lot of energy when producing de-inked pulp waste paper. The use of recycled fibers for the production of low-weight packaging materials requires a new treatment process that has potential for the removal of micro-stickies and fillers.
