羟基喜树碱(ＨｙｄｒｏｘｙＣａｍｐｔｏｔｈｅｃｉｎ,ＨＣＰＴ)是喜树碱经结构改造后的半成品。化学结构与喜树碱(Ｃａｍｐｔｏｔｈｅｃｉｎ,ＣＰＴ)相似,仅第10位碳原子上的氢为羟基所取代。这一微小的差异使其毒副作用明显降低,获得率仅为ＣＰＴ的十分之一,但ＨＣＰＴ较ＣＰ
Hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) is a semi-manufactured product of camptothecin after its structural transformation. The chemical structure is similar to Camptothecin (CPT), where only the hydrogen at the 10th carbon atom is replaced by a hydroxyl group. This slight difference makes its toxic and side effects significantly lower. The acquisition rate is only one-tenth that of CPT, but HCPT is lower than CP.
