高脂饮食饲养成年雄性Wistar大鼠8周建立高脂血症动物模型后,以复方山楂果茶20ml/d喂饲高脂饮食大鼠4周,结果发现:果茶治疗组大鼠前列腺素(PGI_2)明显高于高脂对照组,而血浆血栓素A_2(TXA_2)与PGI_2比值明显低于高脂对照组。果茶治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)明显下降。提示山楂果茶对高脂血症TXA_2/PGI_2平衡异常有调节作用。
High fat diet to raise adult male Wistar rats 8 weeks after the establishment of hyperlipemia animal model, the compound hawthorn fruit tea 20ml / d fed high-fat diet rats for 4 weeks, the results showed that: the fruit tea treatment group rats prostaglandin ( PGI_2) was significantly higher than that of the high-fat control group, and the ratio of plasma TXA_2 and PGI_2 was significantly lower than that of the high-fat control group. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and lipid peroxides (LPO) in the tea-treated group decreased significantly. It is suggested that hawthorn fruit tea has a regulatory effect on abnormal TXA_2 / PGI_2 hyperlipidemia.
