以“大久保(Okubo)”和“丽春(Lichun)”桃(Prunus Persica.(L.)Batsch.)为试材,研究了镉胁迫下树体中镉的分布和功能叶中几种生理生化指标的变化,包括品种间镉含量、叶绿素含量、叶内质膜过氧化产物(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、叶内可溶性糖和细胞膜透性等。结果表明,两品种叶绿素、可溶性糖含量、细胞膜透性均表现出先显著升高,随后又显著下降,在镉含量达100 mg/kg时细胞膜透性又显著升高;MDA,SOD含量显著升高。
Using Okubo and Prunus Persica. (Batsch.) The membrane permeability of the two cultivars was significantly increased when the cadmium content reached 100 mg / kg; the contents of MDA and SOD were significantly increased .
