In order to explore the correlation between the indicators of cadmium exposure and renal cadmium-related diseases, this paper investigated the metal recycling plant 45 male cadmium workers, the average age of 54.4 years; the same area as 32 medical workers as Control group, the average age of 50.1 years old. Investigations included age, weight, height, lung function, diabetes, hypertension, history of prostate disease, history of phenacetin use, smoking, exposure to cadmium, lead and organic solvents.
