为了研究大跨度空间结构金属屋面和吊顶板的抗风吸承载力,文章采用静载试验方法进行了430型屋面板加固前后的抗风吸试验、373型吊顶板的抗风吸和抗风压试验。研究了采取自攻螺钉、夹具、垫片等加固措施对金属屋面板承载力和破坏形式的影响。试验结果表明,采取合理加固措施可以有效地提高430型金属屋面板的抗风吸承载力。研究结果可为火车站、航站楼等大型场馆金属屋面的设计与施工提供参考。
In order to study the wind-resistant capacity of metal roof and ceiling slab with long-span space structure, the static test method was used to study the wind-resistance test before and after the reinforcement of 430-type roofing panel. The wind- test. The effects of self-tapping screws, clamps and gaskets on the bearing capacity and failure mode of metal roofing panels were studied. The test results show that taking reasonable measures to reinforce can effectively improve the wind load resistance of 430 metal roofing panels. The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of metal roofs in large venues such as railway stations and terminal buildings.
