本文在分析传统故障管理的基础上针对电信网络的特殊性提出了集中式和分布式故障管理模型；同时，为解决电信网络设备的差异性，文中按照ＴＭＮ 标准提出了分类别、分层次的故障管理策略；最后，介绍了Ｑ３ 接口和信息模型在故障管理中的应用，并给出一个故障信息模型事例。
Based on the analysis of traditional fault management, this paper puts forward a centralized and distributed fault management model for the particularity of telecom network. In the meantime, in order to solve the difference of telecom network equipment, this paper proposes the classification and hierarchical fault according to TMN standard Management strategy; Finally, it introduces the application of Q3 interface and information model in fault management, and gives an example of fault information model.
