随着医学检验技术的发展,全自动血液分析仪已在全国各级医院普及应用.但多数医院没有开展对血液分析仪的质量控制(质控),检查结果的误差容易误导临床诊断.近年,我们在工作中采用多种质控法相结合,减少诊断误差,保证了结果的可靠性.现介绍体会如下.
