旅游纠纷指的是旅游中的主体相互之间的纠纷,如何利用法律手段来解决这些纠纷是各旅游主体需要了解的问题。本文针对当前我国消费者权益保护法以及旅游合同法中的相关规定,对旅游纠纷中的法律适用问题进行了简要分析。 Tourism disputes refer to the disputes among subjects in tourism. How to use legal means to solve these disputes is a problem to be understood by all the traveling agents. In the light of the current law on the protection of consumers’ rights and interests in China as well as the relevant provisions in the travel contract law, this article briefly analyzes the legal application of travel disputes.
