以聚环氧乙烷-溴(PEO-Br)大分子引发剂引发苯乙烯(St)的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),制备了聚环氧乙烷-b-聚苯乙烯(PEO-b-PS)。1 H NMR分析表明嵌段共聚物中聚环氧乙烷嵌段和聚苯乙烯嵌段的数均分子量分别是5500和37000,PEO的质量分数为12.9%。考察了旋涂环境和溶剂熏蒸后处理方法对此嵌段共聚物薄膜形貌的影响,结果表明在PS的良溶剂和PEO的良溶剂共同存在下旋涂成膜,并经过两种良溶剂共同蒸汽的后处理,PEO-b-PS嵌段共聚物可以制得具有规则纳米圆柱图案的薄膜。
Polyethylene oxide-b-polystyrene (PEO-b) was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene (St) with polyethylene oxide-bromine (PEO- -PS). The 1 H NMR analysis showed that the number average molecular weights of the polyethylene oxide block and the polystyrene block in the block copolymer were 5500 and 37000, respectively, and the mass fraction of PEO was 12.9%. The effects of spin-coating environment and solvent-fumigation treatment on the morphology of the block copolymers were investigated. The results show that the films are spin-coated in the presence of a good solvent of PS and PEO, Steam post-treatment, PEO-b-PS block copolymers can be made with a regular nano-cylinder film pattern.
