目的:探讨9号染色体倒位在辅助生殖治疗中的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析9号染色体倒位患者的IVF/ICSI-ET生育结局,与同期夫妻染色体均正常患者进行比较。结果:不育夫妇一方9号染色体倒位的23对共进行23个周期的IVF/ICSI-ET治疗,平均获卵数10.6±6.0枚,受精率81.22%,卵裂率93.97%,有效胚胎形成率80.21%,胚胎种植率40.00%,临床妊娠率52.63%,流产率20.00%,与对照组230个周期的平均获卵数(10.7±5.9枚)、受精率(75.85%)、卵裂率(92.36%)、有效胚胎形成率(79.06%)、胚胎种植率(25.15%)、临床妊娠率(33.91%)、流产率(11.86%)相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:9号染色体倒位患者辅助生殖技术助孕后结局与普通人群相比未见明显差异。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of chromosome 9 inversion in assisted reproductive therapy. Methods: Reproductive outcome of IVF / ICSI-ET in patients with inverted chromosome 9 was retrospectively analyzed, which was compared with those of normal couples with normal chromosomes in the same period. Results: Twenty-three pairs of inversions of chromosome 9 on one side of infertile couples performed a total of 23 cycles of IVF / ICSI-ET treatment. The average number of oocytes retrieved was 10.6 ± 6.0, fertilization rate was 81.22%, cleavage rate was 93.97%, and effective embryogenesis The average pregnancy rate was 80.21%, the embryo implantation rate was 40.00%, the clinical pregnancy rate was 52.63% and the miscarriage rate was 20.00%. The average number of oocytes retrieved in 230 cycles (10.7 ± 5.9), fertilization rate (75.85%), cleavage rate 92.36%), effective embryo formation rate (79.06%), embryo implantation rate (25.15%), clinical pregnancy rate (33.91%) and miscarriage rate (11.86%). Conclusion: There is no significant difference in post-pregnancy outcome between assisted reproductive technology on chromosome 9 inversions and the general population.
