人工晶体问世已30多年,近10年来临床应用后房型人工晶体,使这项技术发生了突破性进展。我院所用的后房型人工晶体均由成都西南电子技术研究所提供,现谈谈我们的体会。 一、材料:本组后房型人工晶体的材料均为透明硅胶。其中:C型环(PCC)8例;S型环(PCS)6例;O型环(PCO)7例。其屈光度在水中为+19~+21.D。 二、手术方法:术前按白内障术前常规准备。手术均在手术显微镜下进行。首先进行充分的球后及眼轮匝肌麻醉,然后术眼前置一小纱布垫,用双手掌重叠压迫眼球5分钟。作一穹窿部为基底之结膜瓣。于12:00角巩膜缘作3~4mm之板层切开,
IOL has been around for more than 30 years. In the past 10 years, clinical application of IOL has made a breakthrough in this technology. The posterior chamber intraocular lenses used in our hospital are provided by the Chengdu Institute of Southwest Electronic Technology. Now, let’s talk about our experience.
