利用高温固相反应,以NH_4Cl作助熔剂,合成了一系列的Li~+,Na~+,K~+碱金属离子作电荷补偿剂Eu~(3+)激活的碱土金属偏硅酸盐发光体,实验结果表明,电荷补偿剂的改变的会显著影响发光体的形成温度,发光强度。用Na~+、K~+补偿Eu~(3+)电荷时,发光体的形成温度分别须高于相应Li~+补偿时的40℃、60℃。相同组织的发光体中,以Li~+补偿Eu3~+时发光强度最大。基质不变,Li~+,Na~+,K~+的改变,不会影响发光体的激发光谱,发光光谱形状和波峰位置,对基质晶体结构参数也无显著影响。本文给出了数种Li~+,Na~+,K~+补偿Eu~(3+)时MSiO_3发光体(M=Ba,Sr.Ca)的X射线粉末衍射图及d值;本文的实验结果对类似RE~(3+)发光体的合成及研究有一定的指导意义。
A series of Li ~ +, Na ~ +, K ~ + alkali metal ions were synthesized by using high temperature solid - state reaction and NH_4Cl as flux. The change of Li ~ +, Na ~ + and K ~ + did not affect the luminescence, luminescence and peak position of the luminophores, and had no significant effect on the crystal structure parameters of the matrix. In this paper, the X-ray powder diffraction patterns and d values of several MSiO_3 luminophores (M = Ba, Sr.Ca) with Eu ~ (3+) compensation for Li ~ +, Na ~ + and K ~ The results have certain guiding significance for the synthesis and research of similar RE ~ (3 +) luminophores.
