有效证据诉讼的成功案例【案例一】某供电局接到举报说某饭店跨表盗窃电能。该供电公司的用电检查人员按法定程序对该饭店进行了检查,并对整个用电过程进行了录像。当发现其跨表盗窃电能用的电缆和切换电源的交流接触器等证据后,立即报告了公安和电力管理部门,共同调查取证。虽然盗窃电能的饭店业主拒绝在调查处理报告单上签字,但因为有有效、确凿的证据,供电公司通过诉讼程序,使国家财产免受损失。
Case of a valid evidence suit 【Case 1】 A Power Supply Bureau received a report saying that a hotel is stealing electricity across the table. The power company’s electricity inspectors checked the restaurant according to legal procedures and recorded the entire electricity usage process. After discovering the evidence of crossing cables and AC contactor switching power supplies, it immediately reported to the public security and power management departments to jointly investigate and collect evidence. Although restaurant owners who steal electrical power refuse to sign the investigation report, the power company passes litigation to save state property because of valid and conclusive evidence.
