领导行为作为管理学和组织行为学研究的一个重要内容,近几年来又一次引起国内外学者的关注和深入研究。本文对近几年国内外有关交换型和变革型领导行为的研究进行了比较分析,并提出了今后的研究发展趋势。
As an important part of management and organizational behavior research, leadership behavior has drawn the attention and in-depth study of scholars both at home and abroad in recent years. This article makes a comparative analysis of the research on exchange-oriented and transformational leadership at home and abroad in recent years, and puts forward the future research trends.
