卫生防疫服务隶属社会主义的福利事业,随着经济体制改革的深入和社会主义市场经济的建立发展,卫生防疫工作的传统模式已不适应经济与社会发展的需求,怎样使卫生防疫服务适应经济与社会发展,既体现社会主义福利性质的社会效益,又取得稳固发展卫生防疫事业的经济效益,笔者认为:“现 Health and disease prevention services are subordinated to socialist welfare services.
