我所现有职工174人,科技人员占80％,其中95％以上的同志都经过了微机技术的学习培训。目前拥有微型计算机51台(个人计算机25台,袖珍式计算机26台),全所八个专业研究室已建立微机计算室和微机自动测试系统,用于工程计算,资料整理,测试控制系统和管理工作,基本上实现科研试验与管理工作微机化,给试验研究和管理工作带来明显效益。 计算机是现代化建设中不可缺少的先进工具,八十年代初,微型计算机在我国大量引进,微型计算机技术的推广应用作为新技术革命的重要手段之一,席卷全国大地。它给我们这个成立于1959年,绝大部分职工都是“计算机盲”的科研单位以有力冲击。为跟上时代步伐,迅速普及计算机知识,大力推广计算机应用技术,努力提高管理干部的现代化管理水平和工程技术人员应用微机的水平,我所于八十年代初把它作为对科技人
The company has 174 employees and 80% of scientific and technical personnel. Among them, more than 95% of the comrades have passed the training of computer technology. Currently, it has 51 microcomputers (25 personal computers and 26 pocket computers). The eight professional research labs of the institute have established computer computing rooms and computerized automatic testing systems for engineering calculations, data compilation, test control systems and management. The work basically realizes the computerization of scientific research experiment and management work, and brings obvious benefits to experimental research and management work. Computers are an indispensable and advanced tool in modernization construction. In the early 1980s, micro-computers were introduced in large numbers in China. The promotion and application of micro-computer technology was one of the important means of the new technology revolution and it swept across the country. It gave us this research unit, which was established in 1959 and whose vast majority of workers were “computer-blind”. In order to keep pace with the times, we rapidly popularized computer knowledge, vigorously promoted computer application technologies, and strived to improve the modern management level of management cadres and the level of application of microcomputers by engineering and technical personnel. I used it as a technology person in the early 1980s.
