近几年来自体骨髓移植(ABMT)在临床上的应用得到了重视,据第一届国际骨髓净化会议资料,仅1985年内就做了ABMT1000例以上,且获得了较好的疗效。据欧洲ABMT协作组报告,第一次缓解期的急性粒系白血病经过ABMT后,五年内无病生存率达到42％。我科自1989年3月至1990年12月共做了9例,虽因随访观察期还较短,病例数尚较少还不能总结和分析其确切疗效。现将开展ABMT工作的几点体会向同道们介绍。
