本文以捷克斯洛伐克斯柯达((?)KODA)工厂生产的A12型转塔自动机为基础,叙述了转塔自动机在产生震动条件下的刚度试验研究。文中拟制了转塔自动机刚度试验的方法,认为必须从实际生产条件出发确定对各工作部件施加负荷的大小、方向和位置。研究结果,阐明了转塔自动机的刚度情况、刚度薄弱环节和影响机床刚度的各个因素。针对上述情况,为提高转塔自动机的刚度对机床结构提出了建议,为适应机床刚度特点提出了在该机床上获得较高加工精度的工艺方法。最后,对现行的转塔自动机几何精度检验标准提出了修正意见。
Based on the A12 turret automata produced at the Skoda (Czech Republic) KODA factory in Czechoslovakia, this paper describes the experimental study on the stiffness of turret automata under vibration conditions. In this paper, the method of stiffness test of turret automaton is proposed, and the size, direction and position of loading on each working part must be determined from the actual production conditions. The results show that the stiffness of the turret automaton, the stiffness and the factors that affect the stiffness of the machine tool are elucidated. In view of the above situation, in order to improve the rigidity of the turret automaton, a suggestion is put forward to the structure of the machine tool. In order to meet the rigidity characteristics of the machine tool, a process method of obtaining higher machining precision on the machine tool is proposed. Finally, some amendments are proposed to the current test standard of turret automata geometric accuracy.
