为了探讨卡托普利治疗急性心肌梗塞(AMI)的机制,我们观察了治疗量卡托普利对AMI患者血浆中前列环素(PGI_2)的代谢产物6-Keto-PGF_(1α)及血栓素A_2(TXA_2)的代谢产物血栓素B_2(TXB_2)的影响,及对血清中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响。
In order to investigate the mechanism of captopril in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), we observed the effect of captopril on plasma PG-2 metabolites 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) and thromboxane (TXA2), and the effect on serum lipid peroxidation (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) content.
