于1986年至1987年研究了萄葡‘巨峰’和‘红香水’品种幼树叶片光合作用特性。结果表明,1.不同叶位叶片光合强度有波动性的特点。从新梢顶端数第4—5片叶开始光合强度出现负值,而顶端第3片叶出现最大负值。不同叶位叶片的叶绿素含量与其光合强度呈极显著正相关。2.两个品种的光合强度日变化都呈“中午降低型”的双峰曲线变化。光合强度最低的时间和暗呼吸高峰时间都在下午14∶00左右。3.光合强度季节变化曲线只呈现一个峰,其高光合生产期是7月中旬—8月上旬。4.‘巨峰’的光饱和点为20,000—30,000Lx,光补偿点为100—500Lx,‘红香水’光饱和点为10,000—20,000Lx,光补偿点为150—800Lx。5.副梢叶片的光合强度均高于同节位的主梢叶片。
From 1986 to 1987, the photosynthesis characteristics of young leaves of ’Koufeng’ and ’Hongxiangshui’ were studied. The results showed that: 1. Photosynthetic intensity of different leaf position has the characteristics of volatility. The photosynthetic intensity of the 4th to 5th leaves began to show a negative value from the top of the shoot, while the 3rd leaf showed a maximum negative value. Chlorophyll content of leaves at different leaf positions had a significant positive correlation with photosynthetic intensity. The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of two cultivars showed a change of bimodal curve of “noon-reduced”. The lowest photosynthetic intensity of time and dark breathing peak time around 14:00 in the afternoon. The photosynthetic intensity seasonal variation curve showed only one peak, its photosynthetic production period is from mid-July to early August. 4. The ’Jufeng’ light saturation point is 20,000-30,000Lx, the light compensation point is 100-500Lx, the ’red perfume’ light saturation point is 10,000-20,000Lx and the light compensation point is 150-800Lx. The photosynthetic intensity of the shoot tip was higher than the shoot tip of the same node.
