描述了一种基于目前医用超声硬件的肝脏粘弹性测试系统。该系统利用超声辐射力推动肝脏软组织形成瞬态响应,探测该响应中的剪切波传播,从而估算肝脏组织的弹性和粘性。本研究证实肝脏的杨氏模量和粘性系数可以通过剪切波成功定量检测,并且可以用目前已有的医用超声系统实现而无需额外硬件,从而为医生提供一种新的廉价而有效便捷的诊断手段。
A liver viscoelasticity testing system based on current medical ultrasound hardware is described. This system uses the ultrasonic radiation force to promote the transient response of the liver soft tissue and detect the shear wave propagation in the response to estimate the elasticity and viscosity of the liver tissue. This study demonstrates that the Young’s modulus and the viscosity coefficient of the liver can be successfully and quantitatively detected by shear wave and can be implemented with currently available medical ultrasound systems without the need for additional hardware to provide physicians with a new inexpensive and effective Diagnostic methods.
