采用熔融共混制备的聚丙烯(iPP)/超高分子量聚丙烯(UHMWPP)复合材料,在微型注塑成型的条件下,探究超高分子量聚丙烯对聚丙烯结晶行为的影响。结果表明,通过DSC测试发现,超高分子量聚丙烯的加入提高了聚丙烯中β晶的含量,微型注塑时,不同模温对聚丙烯中β晶含量影响较大。通过SEM测试发现,β成核剂的加入使得β晶含量增多,同时β球晶细化。2D-WAXD显示超高分子量聚丙烯和β成核剂的加入使得分子链取向更加明显。
The effects of ultrahigh molecular weight polypropylene (PP) on the crystallization behavior of PP were investigated by using melt blending polypropylene (iPP) / ultrahigh molecular weight polypropylene (UHMWPP) composites under the condition of micro injection molding. The results showed that the addition of ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene increased the content of β-crystal in polypropylene through DSC test, and the impact of different mold temperatures on the content of β-crystal in polypropylene during micro-injection molding was significant. Through the SEM test, it was found that the addition of β-nucleating agent increased the content of β-crystal and the β-spherulites refined at the same time. The 2D-WAXD shows that the addition of ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene and β-nucleating agent makes molecular chain orientation more obvious.
