中共“十一五”时期,广东省基层文化建设有了较大的成果,比如公共文化服务体系的建设取得了较好的成效;文博事业有了新的发展;丰富了大众性的地域文体活动;精神文明建设也取得了较好的发展;文化事业和文化产业共同发展;服务业的群众文化需求也慢慢地多样化。但取得成效的过程中也有一些问题存在,比如基层文化建设在各地域发展不平衡;管理人员参差不齐、体制不够顺畅;投入过低、水平较差;人员不够、素质较低;内容较单一、没有活力。本文探讨了基层文化建设,提出了一些惠民方法。 During the “Eleventh Five-year” period of the Communist Party of China, great achievements have been made in the grassroots cultural construction in Guangdong Province.
