本文介绍一个使用典型化编程,在袖珍计算机CASIO PB-700上运行的线切割自动编程系统。《电加工》1986年第5期起已介绍有关典型化编程的基本原理,运甩这一原理在PB-700上编程,可以直接将工件的尺寸数据按给定规则顺序输入计算机。输入的尺寸数据将直接被典型编程软件执行,并自动绘制工件轮廓图形,在人为判别无误后,输出编制的加工程序指令及有关输出数据。输入的编程数据分二类,1-5为切割数据,6-10为工件的尺寸数据。切割数据(S,N,F,O_x,O_y)。1.S编程方式S=-1,表示按顺时针方向输入工件数据。
This article describes a wire-cut automated programming system that runs on the Pocket PC CASIO PB-700 using typical programming. The basic principle of typical programming has been introduced since “Electrical Processing” No.5 of 1986. This principle is programmed on the PB-700 and the workpiece dimensional data can be directly input into the computer according to the given rules. The input size data will be directly executed by the typical programming software, and automatically draw the workpiece contour graphics, artificial identification, the output of the preparation of the processing program instructions and the output data. Enter the programming data divided into two categories, 1-5 for the cutting data, 6-10 for the workpiece size data.
