利用X衍射法测定了65Mn钢淬火回火、等温淬火及回火和高温淬火回火组织的位错密度和氢脆抗力。讨论了回火过程中位错增殖机制、位错对氢脆抗力影响作用的双重性及各种热处理工艺效果。
The dislocation density and hydrogen embrittlement resistance of 65Mn steel after quenching and tempering, isothermal quenching and tempering and high temperature quenching and tempering were measured by X-ray diffraction. The mechanism of dislocation propagation during tempering, the dual effect of dislocation on hydrogen embrittlement resistance and the effects of various heat treatment processes are discussed.
