用30SiMn2MoVA钢制造的机械零件,具有良好的综合机械性能,但切削加工困难。为改善切削性能,原采用870℃正火+700℃回火,处理后切削性能虽有所改善,但效果不理想。为彻底改善切削性能,经过大量试验,确定两相区处理,工艺如图1。这种方法工艺简单,效果很好。采用两相区处理时,硬度随加热温度的调整而变化,变化规律如图2。组织结构决定切削性能,金相观察:常规正火+高温回火,整个组织中碳化物弥散度
Mechanical parts made of 30SiMn2MoVA steel have good overall mechanical properties but are difficult to cut.
