本文选择了两种有代表性的无机抗菌材料 ,采用抑菌圈实验法对它们的抗菌性能进行了定性研究 ,同时采用细菌总数测定法定量地测试了纳米氧化锌的抗菌性能。并探讨了它们的抗菌机理。
In this paper, two kinds of representative inorganic antimicrobial materials were selected. Their antibacterial properties were studied qualitatively by inhibition zone test. Meanwhile, the antibacterial properties of nano-ZnO were tested quantitatively by total bacterial count. And explored their antibacterial mechanism.
