幼儿园教师专业发展的高师学前教育改革注重培养教师高尚的师德,引导幼儿师范生为幼儿树立崇高的威信和榜样,用坚定的教育信念来教导幼儿,开发幼儿的创新能力,促进幼儿师范生的全面发展。基于幼儿园教师专业发展的高师学前教育改革是针对幼儿教师培养的改革,也是对高师学前教育专业课程教学的改革,提倡改革招生制度、课程模式和教学方法,要求引导学生将所学知识转化为能力。然而,幼儿园教师专业发展的高师学前教育工作中尚且存在一些问题,本文将在简析这些问题的基础上论述改革措施。

It is also a reform of pre-primary education curricula reform in higher normal colleges. The reform of enrollment system, curricula and teaching methods are advocated. Students are required to guide students to translate their knowledge into abilities . However, there are still some problems in the pre-school education work for the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
