等离子体点火器可以产生高温等离子体射流来提高点火效率,点火器的特性决定着等离子体点火的效果。笔者利用建立的实验测量系统,测量了不同点火器电极间距和介质气体流量下等离子体点火器的特性,并对实验结果进行了分析。实验结果表明:电极间距要控制在一定范围内防止维持电压过大而使放电变得困难且放电稳定性降低;点火器极间电流随介质流量的增大逐渐变小;点火器射流长度随介质流量的增大先增大后减小。
Plasma igniter can produce high temperature plasma jet to improve the ignition efficiency, igniter characteristics determine the effect of plasma ignition. Using the established experimental measurement system, the author measured the characteristics of plasma igniters with different igniter electrode spacings and medium gas flow rates, and analyzed the experimental results. The experimental results show that: the electrode spacing should be controlled within a certain range to prevent the maintenance of voltage is too large and the discharge becomes difficult and the discharge stability decreases; lighter inter-electrode current decreases with increasing medium flow; ignition jet length with the medium The increase of flow first increases and then decreases.
