近年来,企业大学建设一再升温,但企业大学的效能却未能同步攀升,且普遍处于低效状态,严重打击了企业的投资信心,部分企业大学甚至骑虎难下,新上马的企业大学也很快陷入低效陷阱。为此,笔者对企业大学的投资策略进行研究,期望以此探寻出一条国内企业大学的增值之路。企业大学的增值策略包括自身价值提升和推动企业价值提升两个方面,可分为战略增值、队伍增值、服务增值和经营增值四项策略,并已据此发展出多项关键措施。
