乳腺癌出现远处转移时 ,目前尚无特殊的治疗方法 ,但肿瘤的基因治疗有望成为手术切除、放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗之后的一种很有前途的临床治疗方法。本文对乳腺癌的基因治疗的方向、策略、载体及靶向性表达等方面研究进行综述。 When there is distant metastasis of breast cancer, there is currently no special treatment method, but gene therapy of tumors is expected to become a promising clinical treatment after surgical resection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. This article reviews the research directions, strategies, vectors, and targeted expression of breast cancer gene therapy.
