随着石油勘探技术的发展和对能源不断增长的需求,更多的石油公司加快了在高难度区块(深水、高温高压)勘探石油资源的脚步。高难度区块的石油勘探具有更大的风险,如井眼稳定问题、狭窄的压力窗口、气球效应(井眼呼吸)、气体监测(温度影响)、水合物地层……高难度井的增多对录井技术提出了更高的要求。为了满足客户对高难度井的需求,法国地质服务公司(GEOSER VICES)研制出了最新一代智能化综合录井系统geoNEXT。2009年,中法渤海地质服务有限公司把这项技术引入中国海域使用,取得了良好的成果。通过实例分析得出:智能软件钻井效率监测,井眼清洁情况监测,钻具振动监测,地层压力平衡监测都对安全、效率钻井起到极大的作用。
With the development of oil exploration technology and the growing demand for energy, more oil companies have accelerated the exploration of petroleum resources in difficult areas (deep water, high temperature and high pressure). The case study shows that intelligent software drilling efficiency monitoring, borehole cleaning monitoring, drilling vibration monitoring and formation pressure balance monitoring all play a very important role in safe and efficient drilling.
