随着兖矿集团公司煤化工产业的迅猛发展,尿素、甲醇、醋酸等产品的产能不断增加,由于各生产单位相对独立、资源分散,影响了规模竞争优势的发挥。为追求集团公司的效益最大化,实现“统一销售、统一品牌、统一物流、统一采购、统一资金、统一市场的六个统一”目标,保障煤化工产业的可持续发展,参照国内外大型企业集团先进的营销模式,我们开发了本套系统。该系统是针对被整合的煤化公司所属的五个化工企业产品销售的特点而开发的,具有很强的实用性,很好地满足了“五统一”的需求。大大提高了销售发货和结算效率,解决了化工产品异地统一营销的问题。本文从系统开发的背景、理论依据、系统流程运行描述、应用效果分析、扩展应用及后续开发等方面进行了论述和推介,对全国同类型大型化工集团的统一营销和财务结算具有较强的借鉴和推广价值。
With the rapid development of the coal chemical industry in Yanzhou Mining Group, the production capacity of urea, methanol and acetic acid has been continuously increasing. The system is developed for the characteristics of the products sold by the five chemical companies affiliated to the integrated coal chemical company and has strong practicality and well meets the demand of “five unifications.” Greatly improving the sales delivery and settlement efficiency, solve the problem of unified marketing of chemical products in different places.
