实行钻井总成包后,西部钻探将四轮井完成时间缩短了46.6天,被中石油总部称为“鸭儿峡现象”。今年初,玉门油田和西部钻探签订2015年钻井工程技术服务总包协议,将鸭儿峡10万吨和酒东4万吨产能建设总包任务交付西部钻探,这意味着双方合作又迈上一个台阶。2013年,上述两家单位始于“钻井总包”协议,是中石油尝试钻井总承包模式的两大“实验田”之一。钻井总包也叫区块总包,不仅工程量实行总包,费用也实现总包,俗称“交钥匙”工程。
