随着人们生活水平的迅速提高和生活方式的改变,高尿酸血症与痛风已成为日常生活中的一种常见病,但是很多人对此并不了解。高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia)与痛风(gout)是嘌呤代谢障碍引起的代谢性疾病。作为嘌呤代谢的终产物,尿酸(uricacid)主要由细胞代谢分解的核酸和其他嘌呤类化合物以及食物中的嘌呤经酶的作用分解而来。根据局部地区的研究显示,20世界90年代末上海高尿酸血症的发病率男性为14.2%、女性为7.1%;本世纪初南京的男性发病率为17.6%、女性为9.3%;佛山地区的男性发病率为22.6%、女性为11.6%;
With the rapid improvement of people’s living standards and lifestyle changes, hyperuricemia and gout have become a common disease in daily life, but many people do not understand this. Hyperuricemia and gout are metabolic disorders caused by purine metabolism disorders. As the end product of purine metabolism, uric acid (uric acid) is mainly decomposed by the metabolism of nucleic acids and other purine compounds in cells and the action of enzymes in food. According to local research, the incidence of hyperuricemia in Shanghai in the late 1990s was 14.2% for males and 7.1% for females. In the early part of this century, the incidence of males was 17.6% in Nanjing and 9.3% for females. In Foshan, The incidence of males was 22.6% and that of females was 11.6%.
