辅助生殖中不明原因反复胚胎植入失败可能涉及子宫内膜环境微观水平的改变,包括由免疫细胞、免疫因子构成的免疫调控网络。microRNA作为转录后调控因子参与免疫因子的合成及生物学作用的发挥,其表达失衡可破坏良好免疫微环境,导致子宫对胚胎进行免疫攻击,阻碍胚胎的顺利着床。明确和分析胚胎着床中相关miRNAs在子宫内膜免疫网络的调控作用以改善胚胎种植率是目前国内外学者研究的热门话题。
