目的:对药用植物绿豆升麻的组织形态、理化性质等特征进行鉴别。方法:采集原植物类叶升麻,对该植物的根茎进行生药学鉴定。结果:绿豆升麻的生药学特征明显:其横切面髓部薄壁细胞发达,紧接维管束处有石细胞分布。薄壁细胞中含有淀粉粒。粉末鉴定其淀粉粒多为单粒,呈圆形、椭圆形及类圆形。导管多见,多为梯纹、网纹和具缘纹孔导管。通过理化鉴定可以推知其含有萜类、蒽醌类、酚类和鞣质类化合物。结论:上述特征可作为绿豆升麻的质量标准制定的参考依据,并为其进一步研究提供参考。
Objective: To identify the morphology and physicochemical properties of the medicinal plant mung bean Cimicifuga. Methods: The original plants were collected as Cimicifuga, and the rhizomes of the plants were identified by pharmacognosy. Results: The biopharmaceutical characteristics of mung bean cohosh were obvious: the parenchyma cells in the transverse section of the marrow were well developed, and there was a distribution of stone cells next to the vascular bundle. Parenchyma cells contain starch grains. The powder identified that its starch granules were mostly single, round, oval and round. More common catheters, mostly ladders, reticulate and bordered pit catheter. Through physicochemical identification, it can be inferred that it contains terpenes, terpenes, phenols, and tannins. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be used as a reference for the establishment of quality standards for mung bean Cimicifuga, and provide reference for further research.
