设施设备工作效率及其使用寿命对油气田企业节能降耗、提高经济效益具有重要意义。流道壁面粗糙度及材料表面的石蜡及无机盐沉积过程对能耗费用具有重要影响。粗糙度影响介质流动的水力阻力,而沉积层的存在制约着介质的输送能力。减少沉积层厚度可以采用注入化学药剂和喷涂覆盖层等方法。选择壁面覆盖层材料时应综合考虑材料的自由表面能、材料极性以及吸湿性指标对石蜡和无机盐沉积过程的影响。全面提高设备设施使用寿命和工作效率需要统筹兼顾人员培训及工艺标准文献的制定和完善。
The efficiency and life of facilities and equipment work for oil and gas field enterprises to save energy and improve economic efficiency is of great significance. Flow path wall roughness and material surface paraffin and inorganic salt deposition process has a significant impact on energy costs. Roughness affects the hydraulic resistance of the medium flow, while the presence of sediments restricts the transport capacity of the medium. To reduce the thickness of the deposited layer can be used to inject chemical agents and coating methods such as spraying. When choosing the material of the wall covering, the influence of the free surface energy of the material, the polarity of the material and the hygroscopicity index on the deposition process of paraffin and inorganic salts should be considered.
