本文对亚麻子油饼中的非木脂素类化学成分进行了研究。通过大孔树脂、硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶SephadexLH-20柱色谱和HPLC等多种色谱分离方法,从亚麻(Linum usitatissimum L)子榨油后油饼的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物。利用红外光谱、核磁共振等现代波谱学技术,结合化合物理化性质和质谱数据,鉴定其结构分别为:1-甲基乙基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1’’→6’)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、亚麻苷(2)、亚麻新苷(3)、百脉根苷(4)、亚麻苦苷(5)、脱氧鸟苷(6)、腺苷(7)、(+)-松脂酚-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基香草醇(9)和2-甲氧基对苯二酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。其中,化合物1为新双糖苷类化合物,化合物6~10为首次从亚麻子中分离得到。
In this paper, non-lignan chemical constituents of linseed cake were studied. Ten compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of oil cake after oil extraction from Linum usitatissimum L seeds by a variety of chromatographic methods, such as macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC . Using modern spectroscopy techniques such as infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance, combined with the physical and chemical properties of compounds and mass spectrometry data, the structures were identified as 1-methylethyl-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- → 6 ’) - β-D-glucopyranoside (1), linosine (2), linoside (3), picrotidine (4), linamarin (5), deoxyguanosine ), Adenosine (7), (+) - terpinol -4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl vanillyl alcohol And 2-methoxy hydroquinone-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10). Among them, compound 1 is a novel neoglycoside compound, and compounds 6-10 are isolated from flaxseed for the first time.
