1 前言 我国一些油田的含油污水中氯离子含量达数万至十几万ppm。致使注水设备中关键部件过早腐蚀损坏,影响了油井的高产、稳产。 WSD钢是我所为改进现有高压柱塞泵用材而研制的。试验表明WSD钢的耐腐蚀性能不仅优于油田注水设备所常用的Cr13、18-8、316L等钢种,而且达到并超过高铬镍奥氏体不锈钢和双相不锈钢中的一些典型牌号
1 Preface The oil content of some oilfields in our country contains tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of ppm of chloride ion. As a result, premature corrosion of the key components in the water injection equipment is damaged, affecting the high yield and stable production of oil wells. WSD steel was developed by me to improve the existing high-pressure plunger pump timber. The test shows that the corrosion resistance of WSD steel is not only better than the commonly used steel such as Cr13, 18-8, 316L used in oilfield water injection equipment, but also meets and exceeds some typical grades of high-chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steel
