本文针对CB油炉在燃用国内高粘度重油时排烟中烟尘浓度超标问题,进行了试验研究和分析。结果表明,烟尘排放超标的实质在于排烟中含有大量未燃烬碳粒,其根本原因在于燃油的运行粘度太大,油的雾化粒度较粗,炉内过量空气不合理等因素导致燃烧不完全所致。在采用了一系列改善燃油雾化质量、改进炉内燃烧的技改措施后,该炉排烟中烟尘浓度降低了81% 左右,已达到一类地区所允许的排放要求。
In this paper, CB oil furnace in the combustion of domestic high viscosity heavy oil exhaust smoke concentration exceeds the standard, conducted a pilot study and analysis.
