ZK60合金具有较高的强度和良好的塑性。为进一步提高其性能,在ZK60镁合金的基础上添加少量稀土元素Y和Nd或Ag,并对熔体进行超声处理。研究超声对添加不同元素后的ZK60镁合金凝固组织的影响规律。结果表明,未超声处理时合金元素对晶粒细化效果不明显,ZK60-1Y-1Nd合金、ZK60-1Y合金甚至有粗化现象;稀土元素与超声处理交互作用对晶粒细化明显;经200W超声处理的ZK60-X合金晶粒最小;ZK60+1Y+0.5Ag、ZK60+0.2Nd合金对超声处理的热效应敏感性低。
ZK60 alloy with high strength and good ductility. In order to further improve its performance, a small amount of rare earth elements Y and Nd or Ag are added to the ZK60 magnesium alloy and the melt is sonicated. The effect of ultrasound on the solidification structure of ZK60 magnesium alloy after adding different elements was studied. The results show that the effect of alloying elements on the grain refinement is not obvious when the alloy is not sonicated, and the coarsening of ZK60-1Y-1Nd alloy and ZK60-1Y alloy is even. The interaction between rare earth elements and ultrasonic treatment has obvious grain refinement. The grain size of ZK60-X alloy is the smallest at 200W ultrasonic treatment. The thermal effects of ZK60 + 1Y + 0.5Ag, ZK60 + 0.2Nd alloy on ultrasonic treatment are low sensitive.
