目的:优化关苍术氮磷钾施肥模式,为关苍术规范化栽培技术体系及专用肥生产提供科学依据。方法:以一年生和两年生关苍术为试验材料,采用氮磷钾三因素二次饱和-D最优设计研究氮磷钾对关苍术株高、根茎性状及有效成分的影响。结果:1)综合考虑产量和有效成分,筛选关苍术最优氮磷钾配施方案,确定N_0P_2K_2(N 0 g/m~2、P_2O_540.227 g/m~2、K_2O 40.227 g/m~2)和N_1P_3K_3(N 15.939 g/m~2、P_2O_567.467 g/m~2、K_2O 67.467 g/m~2)处理为最优;2)求出氮磷钾配比与关苍术产量(根茎鲜重)的回归模型,发现氮、磷、钾单效应中钾肥是主要因素,其次是氮肥;3)根据回归模型得出氮、磷、钾三因素的最优组合,氮、磷、钾的施用水平分别为38.4301 kg/hm~2、181.4750 kg/hm~2、128.5584 kg/hm~2时,关苍术单株根茎鲜重最高为27.4066 g;4)模型寻优结果选定关苍术单株根茎鲜重目标26.00~27.41 g(目标产量1 040.0~1 096.4 kg/hm~2)在95%的置信区间,优化施肥组合为:X1=-0.2912±0.0825,X2=0.2764±0.1054,X3=0.1325±0.0645。结论:据关苍术产量和有效成分,建议人工种植关苍术时施肥量为:N 46.951~59.320 kg/hm~2,P 131.673~155.377 kg/hm~2,K 120.091~134.597 kg/hm~2。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the fertilization mode of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in Guanzhushan and to provide a scientific basis for the standardization of cultivation techniques and special fertilizer production in Guanzanshan.
