目的 :探讨nm2 3/NDPK癌基因在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法 ,对 31例胰腺癌组织及 8例正常胰腺组织进行nm2 3/NDPK癌基因表达的检测。结果 :31例胰腺癌组织中有 2 0例nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性 ,占 6 4 5 % ;8例正常胰腺组织中仅 2例nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性 ,占 2 5 % ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。低分化胰腺癌nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性率明显高于高分化胰腺癌 (8/ 9,88 8% ;2 / 6 ,33 3% ;P <0 0 5 )。其nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性与淋巴结转移密切相关 (9/ 12 ,75 % ;5 / 15 ,33% ;P <0 0 5 )。提示胰腺癌nm2 3/NDPK表达与淋巴结转移及肿瘤侵袭性呈正相关 ,与癌组织的分化程度呈负相关。结论 :nm2 3/NDPK表达可作为胰腺癌恶性程度及预后不良的生物学指标之一
Objective: To investigate the expression of nm23 / NDPK oncogene in pancreatic cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the nm23 / NDPK oncogene expression in 31 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 8 cases of normal pancreatic tissues. Results: Twenty cases of pancreatic cancer showed positive expression of nm23 / NDPK, accounting for 64.5%. Only 2 of 8 normal pancreatic tissues showed positive expression of nm23 / NDPK, accounting for 25%, both of which were significant Sex differences (P <0 05). The positive rate of nm23 / NDPK in poorly differentiated pancreatic cancer was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated pancreatic cancer (8/9, 88 8%; 2/6, 33 3%; P 0 05). The positive expression of nm23 / NDPK was closely related to lymph node metastasis (9/12, 75%; 5/15, 33%; P <0 05). The results suggest that there is a positive correlation between the expression of nm23 / NDPK and lymph node metastasis and tumor invasiveness in pancreatic cancer, which is negatively correlated with the differentiation degree of the cancer tissue. Conclusion: nm23 / NDPK expression can be used as one of the biological indicators of malignant degree and poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer
