我院自1986年以来共收治重症肝炎87例,其中急性重型5例,亚急性重型35例,慢性重型29例。男27例,女12例,年龄23～57岁,平均37.6岁。其中并发多系统器官功能衰竭(简称 MSOF)者69例,占79.3%(69/87),死亡50例,病死率为72.4%(50/69)。其中并发2个脏器衰竭者:肝、脑3例,肝、凝血系统6例;3个脏器衰竭者:肝、脑、肾14例,肝、脑、凝血系统5例,肝、脑、胃肠道12例;≥4个脏器衰竭者:肝、脑、凝血系统、肾19例,肝、脑、凝血系统、肾、胃肠道10例。总计≤3个脏器衰竭者40例,占56.52%,其中死亡23例,死亡率为57.5%(23/40);≥4个脏器衰竭者为29例,占42.0%,其中死亡27例,死亡率为93.1%(27/29)。脏器衰竭数≥4个者病死
87 cases of severe hepatitis were treated in our hospital since 1986, of which 5 were acute and severe, 35 were subacute and 29 were chronic heavy.
