为稳定油菜的发展，使油菜生产再上新台阶，从农业技术来讲，必须在大力推广抗病性强、中晚熟、优质、高产的油菜品种的同时，着力抓好油菜培育壮苗这一薄弱而十分关键的技术措施。
浅谈油菜壮苗技术
